The RHS Chelsea Flower Show continues apace!

The Campaign to Protect Rural England Garden: ‘On The Edge’ Garden is particularly eye-catching, thanks to its sculptural elements.

It depicts an imagined piece of undeveloped land on the fringe of a city or town. The sculpture is made from a fallen tree which has been carved to depict a Mother Nature figure, her hand touching water, her hair forms the top of a dry-stone wall.

The Asthma and Lung UK garden is architecturally striking.

Its narrow edge of woodland provides restorative breathing space for people living with lung conditions, and demonstrates that nature can coexist alongside urbanity.

Inside the Great Pavilion, it is time to become closely acquainted with some of our favourite flowers…

It was a particularly exciting day, as David Austin unveiled their new rose: the Sir David Beckham rose…

Elegant and understated… but I wonder what the footie fans thought!

As a side note, I think I found my new favourite peony.

This one! It’s called Coral Charm. Raspberry red, bold and vivacious, I’ve never seen a peony like it!

Of course, there were celebrities aplenty in attendance at Chelsea.
