Some summers call for quiet, calming walks in special places…

The gardens at Polesden Lacey offered some solace in the late, late summer.

We chased the sunshine and blue skies while we were there, and enjoyed spotting colourful surprises…

^ These roses are called ‘You’re Beautiful’ – the most amazing pop of pink I have ever seen in a rose.

The sun encouraged us to carry on…

And we left feeling calm.
