White Rose Floris Perfume

The scent of a white rose in the garden is difficult to describe. It is typically subtler than a red or pink rose – we are more taken with the white rose’s smooth appearance than its perfume.

Floris, however, has captured the elegance of a white rose and bottled it for us all to enjoy. Or, more accurately, Floris first created the White Rose perfume in the early 1800s, so the notion of seizing a white rose for all to spritz came about centuries ago. White Rose was Florence Nightingale’s favoured perfume.

The scent is absolutely beautiful. It conjures the image of an impossibly perfect pearl necklace, the filigree clasp on a diamond bracelet fastened as you reach for a crystal glass of champagne, bubbling and brilliant.

Floris’ White Rose is crisp yet powdery; soft yet present; velvety and clean. It veers towards the sweet end of the spectrum before nudging its way back to centre, rooted in a fresh musk warmed by the pretty floral notes of iris and jasmine. It would be perfect for weddings, christenings, birthdays.

White Rose is a celebration of sophistication and elegance.

What’s more, since 2020, Floris donates 15% of all 100 ml White Rose sales to the Florence Nightingale Foundation.

Brilliance, all round.
