Sometimes the best recipes happen quite by accident.
Take this one: fruit granola.
It’s simple, casual and quick!
And it combines two other favourite recipes: flapjacks and baked apricots.
To throw this pudding (/ snack / whatever you’d like it to be) together, you will need: (for four people)
A punnet of fresh apricots
A punnet of blueberries
A bunch of grapes
Flapjacks (follow this recipe here)
Bake the apricots (follow the instructions here!)
Once the flapjacks and baked apricots are out of the oven, allow to cool slightly while you wash your other fruits…
And pop them all together in a bowl!
It’s the perfect combination of warm and cool, crunchy and soft…
