Tuck a beauty gift under the tree for a truly thoughtful present. Here are some of my choices for Christmas this year:
Urban Decay Naked 3 £38.50 Twelve of the most wearable eyeshadow colours in one palette. Can we pause to appreciate its inner beauty?
A mixture of matt and shimmery shades, from pale pinks through to warm rose golds, taupes and a deep brown sparkly colour ideal for creating a smoky lining. Allow extra time for the gift’s recipient to marvel and coo excitedly upon opening.
Crabtree and Evelyn La Source Moisturising Soap £15
A beautiful box of three Crabtree and Evelyn Soaps is pure luxury. La Source is my favourite range, although there are so many wonderful scents to choose from!
It might require a little strength to hand these over.
Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate Night Treatment £37
Made from 99.8% naturally derived ingredients, this glass bottle full of pure essential oils such as lavender and evening primrose oil will ensure skin is beautifully soft and revitalised by morning. Dreamy.
L’Occitane Lavender Hand Cream (£8) and L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream (£8)
I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t happily open one of these lovely hand creams at Christmas.
Clinique Pop Sampler Gift Set £25
A sweet mix of miniature Clinique Pop Lip Colour lipsticks and Clinique Pop Lacquers in a bright red tin makes the ideal gift for frequently travelling beauties.
Lancome Fragrance Miniatures Set £29
Boldly buying a perfume as a gift is a lovely idea, although fragrance choice is such a personal thing. Problem solved with Lancome’s great set of miniatures, including scents like Miracle and La Vie est Belle – and who knows? You might even be thanked for finding a new favourite!
