I popped into Farnham on a free morning to explore.

It’s a beautiful Georgian town filled with shops and plenty of places to satisfy your appetite…

For food, or music… or dancing bunting that straddles the high street.

It’s in the far west of Surrey, quite near Guildford.

Cobbled streets galore!

It is thought that Henry VIII may have hunted in the great park just above Farnham as a Tudor hat pin was discovered in the grounds.

Farnham reminded me a little of Haslemere and Godalming.

You must visit Farnham if you’re in Surrey… it’s so beautiful! It feels like you’re walking amongst a doll house idyll.
