Top 10 Beauty Products for Under £10

Beauty products for under £10

Filling your makeup bag or bathroom cabinet needn’t cost a fortune so close your purse’s mouth. Here are my favourite beauty buys for under a tenner.

Best beauty products for under £10

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser £9
My favourite cleanser! A beautiful soft cream-balm texture that you massage into your skin before removing with a hot cloth/flannel. Takes off makeup quickly. This is a generous 50ml bottle so it’s a great way of trying the cult cleanser out before you buy the bigger size. Basically good skin for £9.

Boots No7 Stay Perfect Nail Colour in ‘Cheeky Chops’ £6
A bright pop of pink with warm undertones, ‘Cheeky Chops’ is my favourite pink nail varnish. Everyone asks me what I’m wearing when I have this glossy polish on my digits.

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Lip Care £2.89
A great lip balm for super soft lips. Ideal for those with sensitive skin, and it has SPF 20 too.

Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blusher in ‘Soft Pink’ £6.99
I know I’ve featured this blusher a few times on here, but it really is the best pink creamy blusher. It’s so easy to apply and a little pot lasts a long time.

Crabtree and Evelyn La Source Hand Therapy (25g) £5
I always carry a hand cream in my handbag and this mini cream is ultra-moisturising with rich shea butter… and a lovely calming scent.

Accessorize Hair Bands Set £2
Where do all my hairbands go?? No worries though as I always have a new set of these metal-free hairbands from Accessorize waiting for me in a drawer. I love the chic neutral colours – perfect for fishtail braids and buns!

Dettol Sensitive Soap £1
Not exactly a beauty product, but I had to include it in the list. For days when you’ve been on a very crowded train or in a field at a festival or even in a hospital, nothing will make you feel cleaner than a wash with this soap. Also works wonders on pesky spots on your back.

Boots No7 Metallic Eyes Pencil £7.50
I love these eye pencils. It has a subtle metallic effect so it’s perfect for wearing day into night, although you may need to reapply if you want full 12 hour wear.

Sudocrem Skin Care Cream £1.99
The world’s best spot concealer! A dab of this wonder cream rubbed in under makeup will treat the spot and make it go away fast. If you have eczema it will heal the redness and soothe itching (it does most things to be honest!)

DGJ Hairjuice Melon Shampoo £4.99
An ultra-refreshing shampoo made with lovely organic ingredients will instantly lift your spirits!

Beauty. Beauty. Beauty cutie
done cheaply,
can be pretty
good.
Luck will find
a slick of balm
to slap on your palm
and – a fim ‘no’ – to limericks.
