^ This is the highly perfumed Yellow Azalea (or Rhododendron Luteum) – it glows like an enormous fiery beast.

Thanks to the recent rain, every inch of the garden was so lusciously green. Verdant verges revealing veritable veristic veratrum (< verbose!).

This family of geese were very pleased as the grass was extra juicy for them.

  1. The entire grounds looks so wondrous, and magical! I have not seen so much greenery in a very long time, so thank you much for posting lovely, and beautiful flora. I hope to visit the UK some day soon, and this park has certainly become a top-lister! Is this the best time to see it?
